This is mainly to record that a mailing list can contain two copies of the same message. In this case, the original message was resent, but actually arrived before the original.
Neither mod_mbox not PonyMail handle this properly.
Mod_mbox only shows one of the messages, though both are stored.
PonyMail only stores one of the messages.

The resent message has the same Message-Id, but has a different Resent-Message-Id
