      Description

When trying to delete a release to resolve issue FINERACT-495, I executed the following command:

svn delete https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/fineract/0.4.0-incubating/ -m "Removing old release" --username myrle --password noneOfYourBizness

      I get the following response:
"svn: E215004: No more credentials or we tried too many times.
      Authentication failed"

(The first 2 tries I got a response more to the effect of "No, you can't.")

Either I mistyped my password the first 2 times and svn not willing to forgive me for that, or I don't have the necessary karma to make the delete. Or I'm completely wrong on how to remove a release.

      Please advise.
