Major Description
Helix is currently trying to replace master branch by helix-0.6.x branch. Since there lots of conflicts, helix needs to delete master branch and fork the helix-0.6.x branch to master.
Helix needs to change the default branch, in Github, to helix-0.7.x from master branch.
What we need now:
1. Switch default branch from master to helix-0.7.x first.
2. When master branch work is completed, switch default branch back to master
