Description

The ASFBot meetings.py code use LDAP to validate the roll call for the #asfmeeting channel

However LDAP is not the canonical list of members.
There may be entries in LDAP which relate to non-members:
some staff may need to be listed to get the correct karma (e.g. pono) and there may be missing entries (e.g. ceki)

The code should really use the proper data which is generated by Whimsy from the members file.
