Blocker Description
I am PMC and release manager for Apache Hadoop 2.8.0. After I upload all release bits to svn release directory (https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/hadoop/common/hadoop-2.8.0/) and close/release the repository in Nexus. After waiting 24 hours, in all hadoop mirror sites (http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/hadoop/common), it only include partial bits (11 files of 24), and missing some most important files like hadoop-2.8.0.tar.gz (which is ~420M).
Can someone help here to fix it or suggest how to do with it? I check some previous releases, most of them just pickup several most important files (4 or 6 files) to publish out. Do we have limitation on file number or file size here?
