    Description

      Non-ascii emails can be corrupted.
i.e. the message and source does not agree with the original.

A recent email to openoffice users-de shows the problem.

The mod_mbox version [1] displays OK, as does the raw [2] version (if necessary change the browser charset to iso-8859-1 or windows-1252)

The lists.a.o summary does not display properly [3]
Likewise the source [4] is corrupted.
In both cases non-ascii chars appear to have been dropped entirely.

AFAICT it won't be possible to fix this without re-importing the mails.
