      Description

      I have a Windows 10 box and an OpenBSD 6.0 box connected to the same router. Accessing https://repository.apache.org from the OpenBSD box is impossible.

      {code}
      [WARNING] Could not transfer metadata org.apache.maven.resolver:maven-resolver:1.2.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from/to apache.snapshots (https://repository.apache.org/snapshots): Connect to repository.apache.org:443 [repository.apache.org/207.244.88.143] failed: Operation timed out
      {code}

      Neither consuming/deploying artifacts with Maven (Java) nor accessing the Nexus UI with a browser is working using OpenBSD. Using the Windows 10 box, no such issues exist. This is only happening with https://repository.apache.org! Everything else is working when using OpenBSD. The repository server should not behave differently and should support OpenBSD the same way all other services do.
