Description

There used to be a comment on every JIRA issue that included a ticket number from the ASF infrastructure bot on our JIRA (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ASTERIXDB-1223 for an example). However once we transitioned to TLP it seems like this has stopped working.
