Description

Please enable outbound traffic for jena.zones.

This used to work (it was reported as working a month ago) and now it doesn't.

If I try a basic HTTP operation, I get ...

curl http://news.bbc.co.uk/
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 212.58.246.129: Operation not permitted

so DNS lookup worked but it seems the TCP connection got bounced.
