However there does not appear to be an ASF archive for it, and the one on lists.apache.org only contains the latest message [1]
It should probably be shut down.
If not, then the archiver needs to be set up.
Also the missing messages should be retrieved if possible.
It looks like dev-get recovers the message bodies, but not the headers.
