Description

Run ./buildall.sh on aarch64 instance, errors raised when configure libtool:

UNAME_MACHINE = aarch64
UNAME_RELEASE = 4.15.0-70-generic
UNAME_SYSTEM = Linux
UNAME_VERSION = #79-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 12 10:36:10 UTC 2019
