    Description

      https://gerrit.cloudera.org/#/c/12247/ adds a few functions to TimestampValue that convert it to unix time with different sub-second precisions. These functions try to be as simple as possible and could be optimized.

      Benchmarks for these functions could be added to be/src/benchmark/convert-timestamp-benchmark.cc
