[IMPALA-725] "errors" printed to the shell are sometimes warnings

Description

We print runtime errors to the shell, prepended with "ERRORS ENCOUNTERED DURING EXECUTION". This is potentially confusing when the message is actually a warning (e.g. "Parquet file should not be split into multiple hdfs-blocks"). It might be useful to separately log errors and warnings, or at least to change the warning messages to indicate that the query still ran successfully.
