Description

With IMPALA-4323 the ALTER TABLE statement has a new option to set "ROW FORMAT".  The format is the same as the ROW FORMAT parameters that currently exist with the CREATE TABLE statement.  The documents need to be updated for ALTER TABLE to reflect the new functionality.
