Description

IMPALA-4671 created an Impala native service pool for KRPC. This currently does not expose any metrics to the debug webpage though. We need to collect histograms and other metrics exposed by Kudu and also create our own if necessary and display them on the /rpcs and /metrisc debug webpages for better observability.
