Add TPC-DS reason table to data load and enable q85 and q93

    Description

      TPC-DS queries q85 and q93 expect a Reason table in the target database, but it is not loaded. This appears to be an oversight in http://gerrit.cloudera.org:8080/6877 and we probably just need to add the table to testdata/datasets/tpcds/tpcds_schema_template.sql
