Description

The existing workaround implemented in IMPALA-4767 relies on STATS_GENERATED_VIA_STATS_TASK and should be fixed to use DO_NOT_UPDATE_STATS instead.

HIVE-12730 changes the naming/behavior of STATS_GENERATED_VIA_STATS_TASK table and the use of StatsSetupConst.DO_NOT_UPDATE_STATS is sometimes more precise and easier to understand.
