Description

As a prerequisite for IMPALA-5185, we should switch the CollectionColumnReader to materialize collections using the batched interface. Afterwards we can remove the single-value interface. We should also try to remove the calls from ParquetColumnReader to HdfsParquetScanner::AssembleCollection().
