Description

The catalog will retrieve and store entries for INDEX_TABLES that are created in Hive using the CREATE INDEX statement. However, INDEX_TABLES cannot be accessed/used in Impala, and accessing an INDEX_TABLE will always throw a TableLoading exception. The catalog should not be loading INDEX_TABLEs from HMS.
