Description

For Kudu-Impala integration, we've added additional DML operations but adding end-to-end test cases (i.e. tests in .test files) is still painful.

Just as we have handling for select queries where we have sections that can specify a lot of expected behavior including results and error handling, we should improve the handling for DML statements which have different test requirements.

E.g. having a way to cleanly specify the number of rows expected to be modified, errors that were ignored (may be many with Kudu), the final results of the table.
