Description

The query option SCAN_NODE_CODEGEN_THRESHOLD was added to tackle IMPALA-1755 but it has since been subsumed by the fix of IMPALA-3629.

MAX_IO_BUFFERS is also unused.

SCAN_NODE_CODEGEN_THRESHOLD is also unused since 1.4

V_CPU_CORES is also unused

Remove these options in the next major version release which breaks compatibility.

default_order_by_limit and abort_on_default_limit_exceeded are also unused
