Description

HDFS with caching and encryption enabled is not a supported configuration by HDFS, so we should gracefully fail on such reads.

However, a user reported that garbage data was returned while an HDFS error was in the Impalad ERROR log.

We should see if we're dropping an HDFS error somewhere or mishandling it in some way. If so, we may be returning incorrect results.
