Description

The Block locality stale warning message. ie.:

WARNINGS: Read 348.13 MB of data across network that was expected to be local. Block locality metadata for table 'sometable' may be stale. Consider running "INVALIDATE METADATA `sometable`".

Is misleading, it infers a data correctness issue where none exists. It should state that this issue carries only a performance impact and not a correctness one.
