[IMPALA-364] Cancelled queries sometimes aren't removed from the inflight query list

Description

If I run the query: "select count from sample_07" from the shell and cancel it immediately using ctrl-C it never disappears from the /inflight_query_ids list.

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but the table sample_07 has 823 rows.

This repros consistently for me.
