Description

I just recently found out that our frontend S3PlannerTest test has been broken for quite some time. And we haven't been testing it.

Specifically testS3ScanRanges, testTpch and testJoinOrder. The latter 2 have different plans now and the first test needs to use regex to find and substitute the size of the file as the size of the test file keeps changing between data loads.
