    Description

      be/src/exec/old-hash-table* are used only by the unpartitioned aggs and joins. Even if we can't remove those for memory consumption reasons (IMPALA-2167) we should remove the old-hash-table and start using hash-table to avoid the cruft and maintenance burden of having two very similar HTs.

      This isn't a simple sed operation, though, as they have somewhat different APIs.
