[IMPALA-1680] COMPUTE STATS query itself throws missing stats warning

Description

In a cluster setting where llama is enabled , running compute stats on a table itself throws missing stats warning.

This seems like wrong thing to do. We should not display missing stats warning for a compute stats query.
