[IMPALA-1604] impala-shell captured results from queries start with a '[?1034h' control character.

Description

When working with Impala shell and $TERM=xterm all captured results from queries start with a '[?1034h' control character.

Changing the $TERM to anything else is a work around for this issue.

Attached is a test script and log that shows the issue and workaround.

Based on preliminary searching it looks to be python io related. Or at least python users find this issue the most.
