Description

Notably comments and examples around UDA intermediate types which can now be different from result types. We should check if there's anything else that needs to be updated as well.

We should also remove the outdated version of the samples from the main Impala repo in be/src/uda-samples (the actual samples are in the impala-udf-samples repo).
