Description

SkipToSync attempts to find syncs that span two scan ranges (which is necessary for correct behavior) by calling SkipBytes to skip to the next buffer and then ReadRawBytes to read the next buffer. However, if we've hit eosr, ReadRawBytes will not read anything.
