Description
We found in recent builds in https://jenkins.impala.io/job/ubuntu-16.04-from-scratch/15800/testReport/junit/org.apache.impala.planner/CardinalityTest/testAggregationNodeGroupByCardinalityCapping/ that the relative difference between the estimated cardinality and the true cardinality of an AggregationNode is larger than CARDINALITY_TOLERANCE, which is set to 0.05. We may consider increasing CARDINALITY_TOLERANCE to a higher value, e.g., 0.07 to make the related tests less flaky.
