Description

Tests always fail on TC, testReconnect3 failure is reproducible locally as well.

A message in logs says that ZooKeeper cluster shuts itself down during the test:

[Step 4/5] java.lang.Exception: shutdown Leader! reason: Not sufficient followers synced, only synced with sids: [ 11 ]

Most likely there is a bug in test itself, no real functionality is affected.
