Description

IGNITE-7253 introduces streaming mode.
We need to update/create benchmarks to measure total upload time using single and batched inserts
Data model remains the same as in IGNITE-7531 : incrementaly generated long primary key, 5 long and 5 strings (contains random long value in string representation)
