Description
Currently Ignite services lack proper failover and load balancing capabilities. For example, if there are several node singletons, there is completely no control on which nodes they are deployed or redeployed. Also if all of them are deployed on a single node cluster, adding more nodes does not trigger load balancing, which makes it not scalable.
We need to come out with a mechanism to support this so that user can define behavior in different scenarios, probably something similar to what we have in Compute Grid.
