Description

Since IGNITE-7107, http://apache.org/dist/ignite/KEYS.txt will be used also for GPG repository check, it is desirable to rename KEYS.txt to KEYS for more convenient usage (like Cassandra has: http://apache.org/dist/cassandra/)
