Major Description
For now we do not print cacheId on cache start, but use cacheId instead of name everywhere in logs.
So, it is hard to investigate issues in production.
Also actual number of backups can be helpful when restoring cache from persistence.
Lets, add cacheId and number of backups to the "cache start" message.
