Description

This property has very unclear semantics and normally user should never bother about it. We need to review GridMergeIndex and try to get rid of both IGNITE_SQL_MERGE_TABLE_MAX_SIZE and IGNITE_SQL_MERGE_TABLE_PREFETCH_SIZE completely.
