JDBC driver metadata queries operate on cache/type instead of schema/table

    Description

      It has to use toUpperCase() to address the mismatch which isn't a correct approach

      Some additional information should be passed down from MetadataTask in GridCacheSqlMetadata.

      Also fetch actual name for primary key and use that if possible.
