Description

We can work with JNI directly using P/Invoke, there is no real need for C++ layer.

Advantages of removing C++ layer:

• No MSVC++ 2010 dependency
• No build tools required for development
• Simplify and speed up the build procedure
• No embedded libraries
• Easier crossplatform support (IGNITE-2662)
