Discontinue and remove CacheAtomicWriteOrderMode.CLOCK mode

    Description

      CacheAtomicWriteOrderMode.CLOCK proved to be harmful in production due to timing issues.

      It makes sense to remove it completely in 2.0 release. Migration guide has be updated:
