Description

There are multiple Ignition.start(...) methods that allow to start with an IgniteConfiguration object, Spring file or will all defaults.

But for some reason, there is only one getOrStart() which works with IgniteConfiguration, so there is no way to provide XML file.

These two methods sets should be consistent, let's add missing getOrStart overloads.
