.NET: Throw an exception when user tries to run SQL over [Serializable] types

    Description

      Unregistered [Serializable] types are written with BinaryFormatter and SQL does not work on them. However, it just silently returns no results, which is confusing to the users. We should clearly indicate the problem somehow.
