Description

Running ./gradlew :packaging-odbc:distZip -Pplatforms.enable fails with the following error:

    Reason: Task ':platforms:cmakeConfigureOdbc' uses this output of task ':platforms:copyPlatformsHeaders' without declaring an explicit or implicit dependency. This can lead to incorrect results being produced, depending on what order the tasks are executed.
