Description

Currently, a user just gets an error, if tries to contest a node via HTTPS without SSL settings. 

The CLI should ask a user to set SSL settings if gets an error on a call:

1. Set trust store path
2. Set trust store password
3. Set key store path
4. Set key store password

Save provided values to the config and repeat the call.
