Description

Current implementation of TypeUtils.toInternal/fromInternal is error prone because it allows passing incorrect combination of storage types and values.
It would be beneficial to to enumerate all currently supported combinations of (storage type, value ) and throw an error when fromInternal/toInternal encounter some unknown/invalid/unsupported data.
