Description

It's required to add info about last WAL segment that contains snapshotted data. This info is used by incremental snapshots to find WAL segments to store.

ClusterSnapshotRecord must be written with rolloverType=NEXT_SEGMENT. A previous segment number is stored within existing structure SnapshotMetadata.
