Description

Restoring of incremental snapshot is part of restoring full snapshot (SnapshotRestoreProcess)

User specifies a name of incremental snapshot to restore (full snapshot name + timestamp suffix). 

Restoring steps:

1. Common checks for base full snapshot
2. Check that all incremental snapshots are present (and WAL segments)
3. After caches started, a WAL recovery process is started
