Description

It seems to me that the KNNRegressionWeightedPredictor.predict implementation is incorrect. Indeed, the weighting term (for both sum and div variables) currently used is distance but it should be 1 / distance if I am not mistaken.
I believe that it could be a major issue that you might want to modify quickly.
