Description

The following warning confuses users

[2021-10-25T09:40:03,555][WARN ]checkpoint-runner-IO-#78[CheckpointPagesWriterFactory] 1 checkpoint pages were not written yet due to unsuccessful page write lock acquisition and will be retried

It is not actionable for a regular user and doesn't really indicate a problem that needs to be taken care of.

Let's change it from WARN to INFO
