Description

For now, we have histogram metrics that updates by the initiator:

PutTime
GetTime
RemoveTime
...

These metrics updates by single and batch operations: put, putAll, ...
This is incorrect and the following metrics should be implemented:

PutAllTime
GetAllTime
RemoveAllTime
...
